One pole provides foot room, while the other two create a roomy space for your head and shoulders. An awning over the door lets you contemplate- in dry comfort of course- the falling rain or snow. For hunker down conditions, you can zip the whole thing up tight and for better times, a no-see-um mesh panel under the "door" keeps the bugs at bay.
