A highly effective alternative to a small, traditional pack when you need maximum mobility. True North’s Synchronous Carrying System (SCS) packs combine the strapped in security of a pack and the low-riding body hug of a lumbar, an excellent design for ski touring, bushwhacking and mountain biking. While the 1800 ci Serac SCS has the same design as the Double Diamond, it is constructed so that a waterproof membrane lives between the outer fabric and the lining, and the top of the pack boasts a dry-bag like roll top, making this the perfect bag for wet work – ski touring in nasty weather, rainy hikes, or even river trips. 5g1140
