The popular modified "D" design uses certified, heat-treated 1/2" alloy-steel to ensure high strength and dependability. Excellent gate opening dimensions make the 1/2" a basic rigging 'biner. Plated to increase corrosion resistance, internal threads to eliminate rope wear and easy opening gate lock design prevents unwanted lock jams. Exceeds NFPA 1983, '95 edition/ANSI/OSHA strength requirements. Gold or Black. Screw-lok only.
