It's everything a performance, technical, base layer, insulating layer, and outer shell should be. DriClime, a plaited bi-component fabric, works so well because the inside layer has a brushed and looped surface that can pull moisture out to the outer layer. The outer layer then spreads the moisture so it can evaporate incredibly fast. The collar is lined and the cuffs are elastic.
