Based again on the proven Mentor design, the Blizzard adds some key features for alpine climbing. First off, adjustable leg loops and extra-long waistbelt that can handle an 8000 Meter suit or lightweight pants. The gear loops were enlarged to accommodate gloved hands and holster ice tools, and repositioned to lie flat when compressed under hip belts. Don't forget the drop-seat which works well with most clothing designs. All in all, a superb alpine harness for rock and ice.
