The new Alpine Equalizer is the perfect solution for quickly equalizing up to three placements. Carry it in your pocket, or clip it into your harness, then whip it out when you want a slick, totally-equalized anchor. While ideally suited for a self-adjusting anchor system, it can be made non-extending by clove-hitching at each protection point.
